FAQs
Do I need a consultation before booking? Yes, for new guests (color or extensions) and for any color change — this is what your Digital Consultations are for.Yes — for new guests and anytime you're making a color change. You'll fill out a short form so your stylist already knows your hair and your goals before you even sit down.
What's your deposit policy? Deposits are required for Extensions, Color Corrections and Bridal Appointments. The deposit save your spot on the books and goes straight toward your scheduled service. Deposits for services are at the stylist's discretion. Please see our Cancellation Policy for more details.
How long does an appointment take? Color usually takes 2–4 hours depending on what we're doing, and extensions run longer than that. Your stylist will give you a personalized estimate when you book.
How do I prep for my appointment? Come in with dry, second-day hair if you're getting color — it gives your stylist the clearest look at your natural texture and base to work with
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? Give us at least 24 hours notice, 48 hours notice between November 15 and December 31. You can cancel online up to 24 hours before. Otherwise, you can contact your stylist directly, email the salon, or text or call the salon. We do not have a full time receptionist so calls and texts may not always be answered quickly.
